Caribou/reindeer hides are gorgeous, and have a wonderfully smooth side to draw and paint on. This hide was painted using one of my favorite colors, turquoise.
There is a circle of turquoise horses running around a sunbonnet shield. There is our brother wolf howling in the center. and undereneath, three warriors hunting three bison. There are many powerful totems on this hide!
